What are “Concepts”?

Concepts are the actual Logo Designs that our designers have come up with based on the information you gave us on the Logo Design Questionannaire.
Why are “Rounds of Revision” limited in number?

There are two reasons for this. First, our prices are based upon the time we expect it to take to complete the design process, including revisions. Second, and more importantly, too many rounds of revisions almost always ends up causing the Logo to be “Revised to death”. Don’t worry, our designers are very talented. Many clients have foregone revisions and chosen one of their initial concepts “as is”.
If we don’t use all of our “Rounds of Revisions” can we get a discount?
- No, unfortunately, we do not refund or discount any of the Logo Design Fee if you don’t use all of you “Rounds of Revisions”.
What if we need more “Rounds of Revisions”?

Chances of this are slim. If this happens, we will provide additional “Rounds of Revisions” at an agreed upon additional fee.
Why are “Concepts” submitted by multiple designers?

We always have at least 2 designers work on every Logo Design project. The reason for this is that no 2 designers are exactly the same. Each designer renders their Logo Concepts based on your answers to the Logo Design Questionnaire. The benefit to you is the objectivity of multiple designers.
Can we request revisions on Business Card Design?
Outside of basic revisions such as spelling correction or contact information correction, we do not allow revisions on Business Cards.

Can I split the 500 Free Business Cards between different people in my company?

No. We can provide you with Business Card designs for multiple people within your company, but the 500 Free Business Cards must be printed for only 1 person. If you wish to order additional cards or cards for others we can put everything on one order for you at an additional charge.
Can we request revisions on the MS Word Letterhead Template?
Outside of basic revisions such as spelling correction or contact information correction, we do not allow revisions on MS Word Letterhead Templates.
I’m a Mac user, can I get a Pages Letterhead Template Instead?

Yes. If you would like a Pages Letterhead Template we can provide this as well at no additional charge.
Will I receive logo files that can be used for Print or Web?

Yes. We deliver Logo Files that are optimized for use on the Web or in Print.
What if I need another designer to edit or change my Logo in the future?

No problem. We deliver Logo Files that can be edited with all mainstream graphic design applications such as Adobe Products.
What File Types will I receive?
