I bought a list can you import the list I bought?
No. We will only import lists for which you can document proof of the opt-in status of each list member.
What if we don’t have proof that our list members chose to opt-in to our list?
In this case, we recommend that you review your list, contact each list member directly via email request that they opt-in again through your online sign up form.
What is a sign up form?
A sign up form is a form that we or your Webmaster can place on your Website. Your Website visitors can complete the sign up form and opt-in to your Email Marketing Program/List.
What is MailChimp?
MailChimp is an Email Marketing Service Provider whom we partner with to provide you the very best experience in your Email Marketing efforts.
Is the MailChimp account really FREE?
Yes. All MailChimp accounts are FREE as long as you have less than 500 list members and send less than 3,000 emails per month. If you have more than 500 list members then their rates are extremely affordable
Will StudioD.tv have access to our MailChimp account?
Yes. We typically set up accounts on behalf of our clients. As such, we normally maintain access to your MailChimp account via an account key. However, you are always in control of your account and can revoke our account key at anytime.
Will you show us how to set up an Email Marketing Campaign?
Yes. As part of our fee with each package, we will give you a short walk through on how to set up a new Email Campaign. For more in-depth details on setting up a new Email Campaign, MailChimp provides excellent FREE online video training.
